I am on a mission to help as many leaders as possible achieve their goals and dreams.
I'm a small-town girl from Portugal, now happily navigating the adventure of life in Canada with my husband, two awesome daughters, and our gorgeous black Labrador. Believe it or not, this is country number five for me!

Growing up, no one told me to dream big. My parents encouraged me to play it safe, stick to one career, one city, one predictable path.

I wish I had someone back then to help me see what was possible. A coach who could guide me to get clarity on my goals, build a plan, and find the courage to go after them.
That’s exactly why I started coaching, to be the coach I wish I had!

I’ve made a commitment, to my family and to myself.

For my family, it’s about having more adventures together, creating memories, and making life truly exciting.

But for me? It’s about no longer putting my own dreams on hold. No more saying one thing and doing another. It’s time to chase my goals and embrace more adventure, just like I encourage others to do.

Life is a unique journey, filled with big dreams, challenges, and victories. And I believe that everyone deserves to dream bigger. The path isn’t always easy, but that doesn’t mean it’s out of reach.
