Clarity. Courage. Adventure. For women who lead and want more.
Canada mountains and lake

From the outside, it looks like you’ve made it.

But inside, something feels off...

You’re in the middle of everything.
Leading teams. Raising kids. Holding it all together.

And somewhere along the way, you got lost in the doing.

Now you’re craving more...

...more clarity
...more meaning
...more of you!

I help ambitious women in leadership reconnect with who they are, get clear on what they truly want, and map out a way forward toward the life they’ve been quietly dreaming about.

Together, we clear the noise, get clear on your next chapter, and make a bold plan to bring it to life, without guilt.

You can lead with purpose. Be present at home. And still choose yourself.

This is your time to come alive again.

About me

IMG_2517_edited.jpg

I come from a Portuguese immigrant family who moved to Australia chasing a better life. From a young age, I was taught to value safety, stability, and sticking to the path that promised security. One career. One direction. No sudden moves. So I did everything “right.” Built a successful career. Checked all the boxes. Kept everything together. But when I became a mother, something shifted... I had everything I was supposed to want, and yet, I felt disconnected. From myself. From my purpose. From the life I really wanted. There was no roadmap for this season, where motherhood, leadership, and ambition collide. And there was no one to help me figure out how to move forward with clarity and courage. That’s why I became a coach. To be the guide I wish I’d had. Today, I help women in leadership, especially mothers, who feel stuck in the middle of “doing it all,” yet quietly yearning for more. More clarity. More alignment. More of themselves. Together, we get clear on what truly matters to you now, and build a path forward that honours both your ambition and your wellbeing. Because you’ve evolved, and your life gets to evolve with you. With the right support, you can move forward with purpose, not pressure.
